Community Studies student Chad Osborn, currently on fieldstudy with the Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment (ACCE) Sacramento, drove to Chico with the Sacramento Tenants Union to talk to area renters about how to form a renters union. Check out the write-up in Chico State's The Orion!
